Satisfaction and perception survey is another self reporting instrument administered to Administrators/District personnel, learning faciliators, learners and parents. The survey is tailored specifically for each target group.

Teacher Sense of Efficacy Survey (TSES)

This is a self-reporting instrument adapted by WestEd for Lindsay Unified School District's learning facilitators. The TSES captures the following constructs; efficacy in student engagement, efficacy in instructional strategies and efficacy in classroom management.

Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ)

This is a WestEd administered instrument adapted for Lindsay Unified School District. This survey is administered to all learners from grades 5 - 12. The survey captureds 15 different constructs which are: Intrinsic goal orientation, extrinsic goal orienation, task value, conrol of learning beliefs, test anxiety, rehearsal, elaboratin, organization, critical thinking, metacognition, time and study environment, effort regulation, peer learning and help seeking.

California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS), Social and Emotional Health Module

The California Healthy Kids Survey is a statewide survey aimed to better understand the relationship between students' health behaviors and academic performance. CHKS' Social-Emotional Health Module (SEHM) is a strenth-based assessment of positive emotions, engagement, ability to build and maintain relationships, and other social-emotional capacities linked to not only learners mental health and well-being but also academic success and career and college readiness
