Online Enrollment for New Students

As part of our commitment to providing efficient, accessible, and family‑friendly services, Lindsay Unified School District offers a fully online student registration system. This digital platform streamlines enrollment, reduces paperwork, improves communication, and ensures every learner’s information is accurate before the start of each school year.

Who Should Complete New Learner Enrollment

Families should complete the online enrollment process if their learner is:

  • New to Lindsay Unified
  • Entering Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten
  • Transferring from another school district
  • A learner who has never attended a Lindsay Unified school

How to Enroll

Families complete the Aeries Online Enrollment application by:

  1. Creating an online account
  2. Entering all required enrollment information
  3. Uploading required documents

Once submitted, district staff will review the application, verify residency and documentation, and notify families regarding enrollment status and school assignment.

Required Documentation

California law requires school districts to collect specific documentation before a learner can be enrolled. Families should be prepared to upload digital copies of the following:

Proof of Age

  • Certified birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Baptismal certificate
  • Other acceptable documentation (California Education Code §48002)

Immunization Records

  • Official California immunization record
  • Required vaccines for school entry
  • Tdap documentation for 7th grade

Proof of Residency

Provide two current documents showing your name and address, such as:

  • Utility bill
  • Rental or lease agreement
  • Mortgage or property tax statement
  • Other approved documentation (California Education Code §48204.1)

Parent/Guardian Identification

  • Government‑issued photo ID

Additional Documentation (if applicable)

  • Health examination forms (TK, K, 1st)

District staff will:
