The Research & Evaluation Department empowers Lindsay Unified to foster a culture of inquiry and continuous improvement through the strategic use of data. We provide timely, accurate, and actionable analysis that supports informed decision-making across all levels of the district.

Our work encompasses examining learner outcomes, school and district performance, demographic trends, and program effectiveness. These insights guide decisions about teaching and learning, curriculum, professional development, and resource allocation.

Findings are routinely shared with the district data team, school administrators, parents, the Board of Trustees, and State and Federal agencies, ensuring transparency and accountability while promoting excellence for every learner.
